How to download Tivimate Mod app via downloader on firesticks

(If you already have the Downloader App installed, skip to step 9)

1. From the Home screen on your Fire TV Device, go to Settings at the end of the middle row.
2. Then go to My Fire TV, Press About, Press on Fire TV Stick 5-7 times until it says you are already in developer mode. Press back button once.
3. Then go to Developer Options 
4. Then make sure ADB Debugging is turned on.
5. Go to the Home Screen on your device.
6. Go to the Find function at the beginning of the middle row and then click on search
7. Search for Downloader, Select the app Downloader, Download and install the app Downloader. Once app is installed press the home button.
8. Go to settings at the end of middle row. Then go to My Fire TV. Then Go to Developer Options. Next go to Install unknown apps. Click on downloader and make sure it says ON.
9. Now press the home button and scroll down and open the app Downloader. (Downloader app can also be found on middle row by clicking on the icon with the 3 boxes and plus sign and then finding it in there. It may be all the way at the bottom) 
10. Move the cursor to the top, in the box where it says enter a url or search term, type in 519510 and press go. 
11. File will automatically start downloading. After it downloads, go down and press install to install it on your device. 
12. After it installs, press open. Click on Add Playlist. Click on Server L.
13. Now, go to the box that says Username, click on it and type in your username. Press enter/ok and then type in your password and press enter/ok. Now scroll to the right and click next. (Username & Password is located on all invoices and receipts from us and also located on welcome email if you signed up online.)
14. App will start processing. Wait for it to complete. When it says playlist is processed, scroll to the right and click on Done.
15. App will now load up and start at the tv guide screen. Once tv guide is up, you can press left on the circle pad on remote to bring up categories for other channels like sports, pay per view, news, movies, locals, etc. Press the channel once to preview it to see whats playing or press it twice to go full screen. You can press the back button to go back to the tv guide to change channels. You can long press the back button on the tv guide screen if you want to go back to the channel you were watching. While watching a channel you can press right on the circle pad to go to the previous channel. On the tv guide screen you can hold down on a channel to add to your favorites. 

How to download Smarters V4 App via downloader
(If you already have downloader app installed, skip to step 11)

1. From the Home screen on your Fire TV Device, go to Settings at the end of the middle row (Gear Icon).
2. Then go to My Fire TV, Press About, Press on Fire TV Stick 5-7 times until it says you are already in developer mode. Press back button once.
3. Then go to Developer Options
4. Then make sure ADB Debugging is turned on.
5. Go to the Home Screen on your device.
6. Go to the Find function in the middle row and then click on search
7. Search Downloader, Select the app Downloader, then click on the app and press download and install the app Downloader. After it installs press the home button, do not open downloader app yet.
8. Go back to settings at the end of the middle row (the gear icon). Go to My Fire TV, then Developer Options, then Install Unknown Apps. Go click on Downloader, It should now say “On” right underneath the word Downloader. Press the home button to go back to the main screen.
9. Go to Apps Icon, (2nd from right on the middle row with the 3 boxes and plus sign), Once you click on the apps icon, go down to the bottom and you will see the downloader app.
10. Press on downloader app to Open the app Downloader. Click Allow if it asks you. Press Yes, Move if it asks about download folder changed. Lastly press OK.
11. Move the cursor to the top, in the box where it says enter a url or search term, type in 986161 and press go
12. You will now be transferred to the App Download Page for Budget Service.
13. Scroll down and click on Smarters V4 TV App.
14. After it downloads, go down and press install to install it.
15. After it finishes installing, press open to open the app.
16. On device option screen, make sure tv is selected, then hit save.
17. Enter whatever you want on the box that says Any Name and then hit next, Now type in your username and then hit next, now type in your password and then hit next. Now press Add Playlist. Click on the box with your info and you should be good to go. (If you get an error message after hitting add playlist, double check your username and password, any capital or lowercase letters must be entered exactly how it is in the system. Your username/password is located on all invoices/receipts from us. If you are a new user, you will receive it in your welcome activation email)
18. On Live TV Box, click on download. After it finishes downloading you may click on Live Tv to watch channels. Just select a category and then select a channel. Double click the channel again to watch it full screen. Back button will get you back to the channels. You may also on the main screen, scroll to the bottom and select Live with EPG to use a tv guide format to select channels.

How to download IBO Pro Player 3.8 Tv App via downloader on firesticks
(If you already have downloader app installed, skip to step 11)
1. From the Home screen on your Fire TV Device, go to Settings at the end of the middle row (Gear Icon).
2. Then go to My Fire TV, Press About, Press on Fire TV Stick 5-7 times until it says you are already in developer mode. Press back button once.
3. Then go to Developer Options

10. Press on downloader app to Open the app Downloader. Click Allow if it asks you. Press “Yes, Move” if it asks about download folder changed. Lastly press OK.
11. Move the cursor to the top, in the box where it says enter a url or search term, type in 986161 and press go
12. You will now be transferred to the App Download Page for Budget Service.
13. Scroll down and click on IBO Pro Player 3.8 TV App.
14. File will automatically start downloading. After it downloads, go down and press install to install it on your device.
15. After it installs, press open and then press “Allow” twice if it asks you.
16. Click on the box that says Server L, then Click on Edit, then enter your Username & Password (Username & Password is located on your “Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details” welcome email that you received after you signed up online. Check spam/junk folder as sometimes it goes to that folder. If you have misplaced or deleted your Welcome Email, you may access your info by logging into your account on the Client area of the website, then click on “Hello, Your Name” on the top right corner, select email history, then select Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details). Hit Update Playlist, Press OK.
17. After entering your username and password, Hit Update Playslist, Then Press OK. Now after you have added your account in, Click on Server L box again. This time press Connect to login.
18. Now after you have added your account in, Click on the Server L box again. This time press Connect to login to the app.
19. Press on Live TV. On the left side panel, select a category, then go to the right and select a channel within that category. Press channel once to preview channel and see tv guide info. Press channel again to watch it full screen. You can press back to change channels. You can also hold down on channels to add them to your favorites so that you don’t have to keep searching for them every time. 

How to download Sparkle TV App via downloader
(If you already have downloader app installed, skip to step 11)
1. From the Home screen on your Fire TV Device, go to Settings at the end of the middle row (Gear Icon).
2. Then go to My Fire TV, Press About, Press on Fire TV Stick 5-7 times until it says you are already in developer mode. Press back button once.
3. Then go to Developer Options
4. Then make sure ADB Debugging is turned on.
5. Go to the Home Screen on your device.
6. Go to the Find function in the middle row and then click on search
7. Search Downloader, Select the app Downloader, then click on the app and press download and install the app Downloader. After it installs press the home button, do not open downloader app yet.

14. File will automatically start downloading. After it downloads, go down and press install to install it on your device.
15. After it installs, press open. Click on Add new source. Click on Server L and hit next.
16. Now, go down to the box that says Username and type in your username. Press Next, then on this box type in your password and press Next. Now scroll to the right and click next. (Username & Password is located on your “Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details” welcome email that you received after you signed up online. Check spam/junk folder as sometimes it goes to that folder. If you have misplaced or deleted your Welcome Email, you may access your info by logging into your account on the Client area of the website, then click on “Hello, Your Name” on the top right corner, select email history, then select Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details)
17. Click next again. Now scroll to the right and click on Add. Now click on Done. Wait for files to process and then scroll to the right and click on Close.
18. Channel should start playing automatically. In order to access the tv guide, you can press ok/select button on remote and select Program guide. Once tv guide is up, you can press left on the circle pad on remote to bring up categories for other channels like sports, pay per view, news, movies, locals, etc.

How to download FCD Supreme Tv App via downloader on firesticks
(If you already have downloader app installed, skip to step 11)
1. From the Home screen on your Fire TV Device, go to Settings at the end of the middle row (Gear Icon).
2. Then go to My Fire TV, Press About, Press on Fire TV Stick 5-7 times until it says you are already in developer mode. Press back button once.

16. Click on the icon in the top right corner with the two heads, then Click on Login.
17. Now, Click on OK, then click on Server L.
18. Now, in the first box, type in your username. Next box type in your password and press OK. (Username & Password is located on your “Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details” welcome email that you received after you signed up online. Check spam/junk folder as sometimes it goes to that folder. If you have misplaced or deleted your Welcome Email, you may access your info by logging into your account on the Client area of the website, then click on “Hello, Your Name” on the top right corner, select email history, then select Budget TV Service Subscription Login Details)
19. Press on TV Guide, select a category, click on a channel to watch.

1. Open the App Store on your mobile phone.

2. Search for “IPTV Smarters Lite”, “IBO Player Pro”, “XCIPTV Player” or “247 IPTV” and download and install. (Any App will work as long as it gives you an option to login with xtream codes after you download it.

3. After you select an app, Open the app once it has been downloaded and installed.

4. Press “Login with Xtreme Codes”

5. On the login screen, you will be asked to enter the following information:

Any Name: This doesn’t matter if it asks for it, type in anything.

Username: Your username that was provided to you from Budget Service

Password: Your password that was provided to you from Budget Service

Server URL: http://supremeplus.net:25461

6. Check Remember Me or Save or click Login

7. Press on the box with your info if you get that pop up, otherwise after entering your username/password info, the app should now automatically log you in.

Google Play Store Method

1. Open the App Store on your device.

2. Search for “IPTV Smarters Lite”, “XCIPTV Player” or “247 IPTV” and download and install. (Any App will work as long as it gives you an option to login with xtream codes after you download it.

3. After you select an app, Open the app once it has been downloaded and installed.

4. Press “Login with Xtreme Codes”

5. On the login screen, you will be asked to enter the following information:

Any Name: This doesn’t matter if it asks for it, type in anything.

Username: Your username that was provided to you from Budget Service

Password: Your password that was provided to you from Budget Service

Server URL: http://supremeplus.net:25461

6. Check Remember Me or Save or click Login

7. Press on the box with your info if you get that pop up, otherwise after entering your username/password info, the app should now automatically log you in.

Web Browser Method

1.Navigate to Settings > Security.

2. Check the option “Unknown sources”.

3. Tap OK on the prompt message & Select “Trust”.

4. Visit the app store and download “APK Installer” then exit out to the home screen

5. Open the Chrome or Firefox browser and enter: https://bit.ly/smav4 in the URL search bar at the top and allow download.

6. Once download has completed launch the “apk installer” app by going to apps on your device and then apk installer. (installed on step 5)

7. Search local disk for: smartersv4.apk and install.

In the downloader app, type 855138 to download a premium cinema movie and tv show app. Use your same Budget Service username & password that was emailed to you, to login.

BONUS APP: VOD Stremio Premium

In the downloader app, type 404389 to download a premium stremio movie and tv show app. Use your same Budget Service username & password that was emailed to you, to login.

In the downloader app, type 506231 to download a premium cinema movie and tv show app. Use your same Budget Service username & password that was emailed to you, to login.
